Inconvenience in LO 4.2 RC1

Hey

Today I installed 4.2 RC1 and see that Options window (Tool > Options) is
still untranslated.

New Start Center include greeting, but proper words are missing in Pootle.

this seems the bug on OS X I reported with beta2 still being present:

The start center seems solved now (you will be able to see the strings in
Pootle after today's update). But the Options strings seem to be present
but not shown on OS X builds.

Same for me with FR pack on Linux, some Options entries appear in English.

It will be good for rc2, because po file update eliminates the bug.
Unfortunately po files were updated after push to rc1.
