Information on release plan modification

Hi all,

Just for information, we have slightly changed the release plan for
4.2.1rc1 to be final, so the last Pootle update has not been committed.
The last update of the template contains strings that was not mark as
translated before, so there is no issue here.
What we want is to replace 4.2.0 as soon as possible because of some
strong issues on Calc. That will avoid a bad user (even if it is said
not to be production ready) experience and too many duplicates to handle
for QA.
4.2.2.x is expected very soon and will contain all the translation updates.
