insert copyleft symbol in LO 5.1.4.2?

I'd like to insert this and don't see it readily available although I could find that it will be added to unicode. Anyone have a suggestion? Using Gentium Basic.

Wikipedia ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyleft ) suggests approximating this using either U+2184 LATIN SMALL LETTER REVERSED C or "the more widely available" U+0254 LATIN SMALL LETTER OPEN O - in each case between parentheses.
