Installation Fail

Hi all,
I have tried several times to download the LibreOffice 4.4.4. and each time it fails.
Error messages: Internal error 2503 and Internal error 2502.
I have made a donation to the foundation in good faith, and cannot see why I can't download.
I am running Windows8.1.
I hope you can help

This seems to be a problem on the Windows side, not LO.
Please, try to google for

Internal error 2503 8.1

You will get plenty of references - I hope they will help you
