Introducing Ousmane and Wolof language

Hi all,

I would like to introduce Ousmane Faty Ndongo to the team. Ousmane will do the localization for Wolof, a language mostly spoken in Senegal, Gambya, Mauritania and of course it's the native language of the Wolof people :). He has already work on localization for Mozilla products together with a friend and they will now work on LibreOffice.
