After the workshop at the conference, we discussed opening an irc
channel for l10n and NLP exchanges. What name do we take for this
channel? LibreOffice-L10N-NLP or LibreOffice-NLP?

I love to see we'll have NLP irc channel.
LibreOffice-NLP is simpler so I like it.
