Irish Windows builds

Hi everyone,

A user wrote this morning saying he was unable to find an Irish build
for Windows from the download site, and indeed I don't see anything
here:

http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/3.6.3/win/x86/

  Builds are available for Linux and Mac, both Intel and PPC.
Anything I can do to rectify this?

There is only one Windows installer for all 109 supported languages.
Help packs have separate installers for each language. But help packs do
not exist for all languages, only for those which have help translations
-- therefore not for Irish.
