I couldn't find the Kazakh team from
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams,
so there is no coordinator for it currently, right? Could I be the one?

I also need permissions for Kazakh team on
http://translations.documentfoundation.org

Thank you!

I participated in Mozilla Firefox translation into Kazakh language,
so I am aware of this kind of job.

What I am planning is to put some effort to find new translators.
