Keyboard shortcuts hard coded in UI?

Hi All,

In my copy of LibreOffice I see all the keyboard shortcuts in English, but I cannot find them in the UI section (Weblate) in order to localize them.

Could be an issue of my system and LibreOffice version? Or are they hard-coded?

My OS is a GNU/Linux system with KDE (KDE Neon), locale Italian.
My LibreOffice version is 6.3.4.2, Build ID: 1:6.3.4-0ubuntu0.18.04.1~lo2

I wonder if there is the possibility to change them.

TIA, ciao

Hi Valter, *,

They are not hardcoded into LibreOffice, but they are taken from the
system, and in the case for Windows that is tied to the keyboard
layout IIRC, for Linux it is based on the UI language in Gnome, not
sure on what it depends on KDE..

Only some get explicitly replaced in LibreOffice, e.g.
https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/vcl/win/window/keynames.cxx?r=55e59695#71
which is kind of an ugly hack IMHO...
