Kyrgyz language support help

Hi Abyldek,

I have set up ky-CN language in Pootle, and seeded it with an empty "LibreOffice 3.5.x – UI" project. You should be able to start working on it now. The URL is https://translations.documentfoundation.org/ky_CN/libo35x_ui/ .

I have made you the administrator for this locale, so if you find more people wanting to assist you, you will be able to grant them appropriate rights yourself. You can still ask us to do that, of course.

If you haven't subscribed to the l10n list yet, I advice you to do so. Announcements about new releases ready for localization are sent to this list. Also, any questions or concerns that our localisers have are usually discussed on this list. To subscribe to it, just send an empty message to l10n+subscribe@global.libreoffice.org and follow the instructions you will receive shortly afterwards (check your spam folder if you can't find them). Also, as I mentioned before, please add yourself as the ky_CN team leader to the table on our wiki page: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams (or we can do that, if you want).

Sadly, missing entries like this one is what we get in return for not being bureaucratic and requiring to add them before any work begins... :frowning:
Is km_KH any different from km, or is it the same thing? Assuming it's the latter, I'm cc'ing the current maintainer of Khmer (username: khem) on this message. I guess you should contact him and offer your help. It would also be really good of you two to list your team in the aforementioned wiki page.
