How do I change the "Language instructions" side panel on Pootle? I remember with the old Pootle it was pretty simple.

I think Giovanni means what now is called announcements, the text you see
on the right-hand side (if that part is expanded)

Ha, from what I recall it's not accessible any more if you're not Pootle
admin and the information there was the one before the migration (hence
why I don't see them as I never wrote anything :).
As you are several to request the ability to publish project news, I
think this is something we should ask to add to the Pootle team.
