libre office: 4.1.2.3 hebrew, no niqqud support anymore

Hello

I just upgraded to libre office 4.1.2.3 and opened a document which
contain hebrew with niqqud. While these niqqud are displayed correctly
in libreoffice 4.0 (and in OO 3.2 and 4.0) they are *not* displayed in
libreoffice 4.1.2.3. I also cannot enter niqqud, at least they are not displayed.

Is this a bug or something changed in the configuration?
