The license for LibreOffice can be found at

A list of certified developers for LibreOffice can be found at

A list of individuals and organizations that provide support for Apache

I do not know the current rates, nor how it is calculated, or
determined, of any of those firms, or individuals.

In years past, the most common models for charging clients were:
* Flat rate;
* Specific currency amount per unit of time;
* Per incident;
with different rates being charged, depending upon which tier the
requested service fell into.

Hi Dais,

you have downloaded a package and inside the package there should be a file LICENSE.html for the license of LibreOffice and a file NOTICE (actually plain text) for the integrated foreign work.

The package has a folder readmes with installation instructions.

Kind regards
Regina

hi.
yes, download your desired version of libreoffice, in 4.3 branch,
4.3.7.2 is the best from this link if you are using windows.

https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/4.3.7.2/win/x86/LibreOffice_4.3.7.2_Win_x86.msi

or change its extention and download for your operating system.
when you install it, in your folder that you installed libreoffice,
for example: local disk c, program files, libreoffice you have its
license in three formats.
license.html, license.txt and also license.fodt.
