LibreOffice Calc Insert Note Missing Function

Ubuntu 17.04 64bit LibreOffice Version: 5.4.2.2

Now I have discovered that I cannot any more insert a note to a Calc cell. Formerly I could access this with a right click context menu INSERT NOTE but the feature is no longer present. To where has it been moved?

Try right click then Insert Comment
