Is it possible to get the in-built help in English where it's not
available in the same language as the translated UI?

Please use "Reply to all" as Cristian is not subscribed to this

No, currently this is not possible at least not by just installing packages.
This would require touching the installed files.

I guess just copying the english help to the relevant directories would
work, but never tried/did not investigate.
Maybe there's some additional metadata that needs to be adjusted, but I
don't think so.
