Links to native-language website in helpfiles

Hi all,

Several of our language communities have translated website. There is an
issue opened here :

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51279

that I'm going to close, but before, please check in your helpfiles that
the link is pointing to the site in your language.
To be complete, I made a grep on my UI/helpfiles which gives me (number
at the end is the line number in the po file)
