LO 5 and blank list of recently opened documents

Hi there.
Ever since I lately upgraded LO to v. 5.1.1.3 (on a Win XP machine; the previously installed version of LO came of a branch 4), program doesn't record any recently opened documents. I mean, a recent document list remains blank all the time (shows no documents).
Is this a kind of bug or something must be tuned in the settings?

Sorry, do not understand your issue.

Which recent documents list; the OS start menu "Documents" for XP (Win7+
"Recent items"), or the LibreOffice--File -> "Recent Documents"--menu list
(and all associated thumbnail renderings on the Start center)?

Hi, I just upgraded my XP box from 4.2 to 5.1 and the recent document information is still correct
