locale updates

Hi Christian,

I'm attaching the first updated locale files. I've only added those that
have been updated and are full now (with an exception of faqs/pt_BR.php,
which contains strings copied from faqs/pt_PT.php in the repo, per
Olivier's request, but doesn't contain array merging logic from that file).

I guess it would be nice if we could provide our translations of the FAQ
module back to the its author, if he's interested. I hope nobody on the
list has objections regarding this. Can you take care of it?
