Luganda on Weblate

Hello Sophi,

Doesn't look like Luganda is available on the weblate platform, I've been checking on it for a while now. Maybe it isn't activated or something? Is there anything I need to do first?

There's https://translations.documentfoundation.org/languages/lg/ but
apparently empty.

Yes, I created the group and Cloph will populate the projects later.
Then they will appear to you, Phillip, I added you to that language this
morning.
