Mailing list request

Hi all!

Now that things are getting more "stable" :wink: I feel that it's the right
time to request a mailing list for Asturian (ast) language.

Just an users@lists would be fine. I don't expect lots of mail there
(hopefully), only some requests on asturian language issues.

So, please, Sophie?/Florian? can you take care of this?
