Hi
Can you upload the invoice to Nabble so that we can all see it?
Perhaps take out personal info or identifiable addresses and such.

Can you copy the contents of the file and start a fresh new Odt or Ods
file and do "Paste Special"
Ctrl Shift v
to paste as "unformatted text" and then apply styles? There might be
something hidden in the coding of the formatting of files that were
once in MS formats. Starting again from scratch might be a way around
that.

There are no "his documents", since he doesn't exist!

The 98033 ZIP code exists and is indeed for Kirkland, Washington (state), USA - but there appears to be no Moss Road in Kirkland. 206 is the area code for Seattle, Washington; Kirkland is the other side of Lake Washington and uses the area code 425 instead (though it probably used 206 in the past). The exchange code 555 is frequently used to create fictitious telephone numbers in the North American Numbering Plan area. Actually, only a hundred numbers in that range are reserved and these do not include 3412, but it is nevertheless very likely that this number was intended to be fictitious.

No-one except you is likely to be "messing up" any documents. You must have incorporated some example text, perhaps in the form of a sample database of addresses or of a template with the sample details included as placeholders.

Please let me know if you find a way to cause this problem to be fixed

This depends on where your document originated and what it is. If you have obtained an invoice template, each time you invoke it you will get a fresh copy of the sample text. If the data is meant to be yours, you will want to edit the template to include your own details; then each time you use it you will see your own address and telephone number. If this is meant to be your customer, you will obviously need to replace the sample text with your customer's actual details each time.

Don't blame "Jonathan King" and don't blame LibreOffice!

I trust this helps.

If you want to save an invoice in m$ format, why have you not bought a
legal copy of m$?

Save the document to native ods and tell us of any errors.

Hi
I was sent the files in a private email and just took out the name and
addresses in the 2 invoices although i think they were fictional examples
too.
