"Missing vcl resource" solution

Have you experienced the "Missing vcl resource. This indicates that files
vital to localization are missing. You might have a corrupt installation."
error message on launch?

Rerun the installer, click Repair, then add another language in the
cusomisation page. The error message no longer appears when you launch
LibreOffice.

Windows 7
LibreOffice 4.1.1 upgraded to 4.1.3.2
