MS-Cloud image and LibreOffice-Cloud image are identicaly‏

So, have LibreOffice taken it from Microsoft or Microsoft from LibeOffice?
Or is this nice vector-graphic public domain and everybody is allowed to use it in its program?
Because if this image is not public domain and can be taken over in every program, can then every font recreated and taken over?
