Names of Impress backgrounds not localized

Under Impress, if you try to save a background using File > Template >
Save, there is a Presentation Backgroud directory, inside the background
names are not localized, is it the same for your language?
Also do you have two empty directories: one for your language, the other
one for en_US?

I'd guess both are side-effects of removing the localized templates :frowning:

There are some other problems caused by this:

- Background / Template names in Presentation wizard are not localized
  anymore

- Presentations cretaed with the wizard (or from shipped templates) now have
 wrong language / locale settings. With htis spellchecking is messed up, you
 get wrong date formats ...

I currently have no idea how to fix this quickly, but imho stopper for
localized versions of LibO (did not file an bug yet).

Yes, you're right, I was currently playing with this and realized the mess.
Do you want me to fill the bug or will you do it?
