New 'tab' system in Calc

Just tried the new system and love it. I find it so much easier than
fiddling around with increasing/decreasing sliders. I would like to make a
feature request regarding the tabs. I would like to be able to scroll the
tabs using the mouse wheel. Where can I submit such a request?

You can submit an Enhancement Request in the TDF Bugzilla
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/
It is submitted as any other bug. Choose Calc in the Component box and
"enhancement" in the Severity box.
Obviously this will be added to the list and is depending on a developer
getting interested on your problem.

Alternatively you can set a Bounty (e.g. https://www.bountysource.com/), try
Crowdfunding (e.g. https://freedomsponsors.org/) or pay a company like
Collabora to add the feature
(https://libreoffice-from-collabora.com/consultancy/)

Note: I'm not affiliated with TDF or any of the sites mentioned. There are
probably other companies/sites/solutions.

Those are really good links. It might be good to have those on a wiki-page
so that other people can add others. Errr, if someone is willing to do the
contents inside such a wiki-page i'd be happy to create one. I dunno how
to do the templates but i can get the menus set-up.

Sure. Go ahead and create the page.
I can kick-start the page with the previous information and others may
contribute.
