New twitter account for user support

Hello and happy new year everyone,

As mentioned here a few weeks ago, we now have an operational twitter
account for users support: https://twitter.com/libreofficehelp

As such this will provide assistance to users who asks us questions via
Twitter and it is community run. Volunteers interested in helping
through this account are welcome, contact me off list or raise your
hand here.
