No Style inspector on sidebar

As I understand there should be a "Style Inspector" located on the sidebar in Writer. In my version of LibreOffice, 7.2.5.2 for Windows, this function is not visible on the bar. (Set to Norwegian nynorsk if that matter. I do not have the English version installed.)
The "Enable experimental features" is activated.

Is there another ways to open this inspector? Or is it omitted for some reasons?

For some reason you may have disabled it. Check the top right hamburger menu at the sidebar and find checkboxes to enable/disable the individual sidebar decks.
