Not able to sign in

I changed to a new computer (Windows 10) and am not able to sign in on the translations.documentfoundation.org site on this computer. I am still able to sign in on the old (Win 7) computer. I have not tried signing in as a new user. If I click on "I forgot my password" and writing my mail addresss, I get "Sending mail to ..." but no mail received.
Running Forefox and Thunderbird.

By accident I discovered today that it works using Microsoft Edge. So why not from Firefox?
