object bars

Hi,

does anybody know what kind of bars these are? Can one see them somewhere? Do they have something to do with the toolbars in the view > toolbars menu?

sw/source/ui/shells.po:
Text Object Bar/Images
Draw Object Bar
Text Object Bar
Numbering Object Bar

and similar in sw/source/ui/web.po:
Text Object Bar/Web
Frame Object Bar/Web*
