ODT to a Plain HTML/XHTML

So, I was wondering if there is any way of exporting an ODT file without any of the formatting styles applied, just minimal html tags, with possibly some css?

Also, this might as well be a suggestion for an enhancement but is there a possibility of adding some control over the export to XHTML, like the ability to choose what to not to retain in the XHTML say something like Fonts, and what to keep say something like Indents.

o Select all.
o Copy.
o Create new HTML document.
o Paste Special | Unformatted text.
o Save.
