Off line extensions files

Hi all,

How do I get the extensions files (.properties files) to work on them off line, even with Gedit would be better than on line for me.

Translation of new extensions are poorly prepared in Pootle. I see
many empty strings, and translated strings instead of English strings.
I think nobody should work on them, because I'm not sure that the
translations can be exported cleanly. Let's wait until it is fixed.

Yep, correct. I tried importing them yesterday, but faced some problems (glitches in Pootle), and it was quite late, so I decided to delay the remaining until today or later.

I'll post a GO when I'm done. Meanwhile, just ignore those strings.

Hi,

if it is even better, i can provide po files for these extensions.
Maybe it is better, easier. I wrote two script to export to po and
import back to properties files.

What is better for us?

for teams not using Pootle the po format is better. For Pootle users it
makes no difference.
