Hi

Do you already have LibreOffice installed? Installing both LibreOffice and
OpenOffice is tricky. Usually people seem to have to uninstall one to try the
other but there are a few people that have managed to use both side-by-side.

You can install LibreOffice on a server and make use of roaming profiles. I guess that is what you mean.
However, the exception is rather un-determined to me.

I try to fix but not the solve problem.

Maybe the bootstrap file in the program folder is the first step to solve your problem?

Start with giving a clear discription of the situation and steps you did and what you tried.
Then possibly someone gets a clue and give the right hint ?

Hi Rendi Fadrillah

It might be easier if you used your own 1st language to state the problem.
There is a good chance we can find someone that speaks your language.

Some minimal information would help, like what platform are you
running and what have you done.

Although, technically, this is a forum for LibreOffice issues, not OO issues....

This couold be related to a problem in upstream OpenOffice.org:

Did anyone look into this problem?

Hello,
I have the same issue, in both "L.O." and "O.O". And believe it to be caused
by the "roaming profile". I tried the current downloads as of 3/8/2011 and
still have the error.
So at this time the only workaround for me was to use version 3.2.x. (Which
solved the issue).
I only include this comment here to give any person looking for a solution,
a work around until the current version is fixed.
Thanks

Hi

The error is caused by Roaming Profiles. I don't know if it is a problem in
all current Windows versions, but we use Windows 7 x64 hooked up to a Server
2003 Active Directory.
I tested on my own home computer (also Windows 7 x64) and this one runs
fine.
It seems like only 3.3.x (so far) is affected, as 3.2.x works great.

Hei SnowmannDK,
Did you try to change the *UserInstallation *settings in bootstrap.ini?

Remember to also copy the content of *$SYSUSERCONFIG/LibreOffice/3* to the
path where you store your roaming profile.

Se the following (Danish) blogpost

Hi. To me it happens that the "[context = 'user'] Unexpected Exception
Caught!" error pops out launching the application after upgrading from 3.2.x
to 3.3.x.
I have a Roming Profile environment in my company, and use VMware virtual
desktops with Windows XP.
I installed LibreOffice 3.3.2 in a desktop that had no previous office
application installed and it juts works fine.
In another desktop, I uninstalled OpenOffice 3.2.1, then installed
LibreOffice 3.3.2 and got the error when launching the application.
