Opening mdb jet db files under Linux

Will Base do this? If so, how? I tried to open one, and nothing
happened.

It has been a couple of years since I've done that.

Whether or not LibO will open a specific mdb database depends upon:
* The platform you use. (Windows - probably, BSD - probably not);
* Which version of the Jet Database Engine, it was created for.
(Databases created with Jet 2.0 are more likely to be openable than
databases created with Ace 14.);
* How complex the database tables are;
* Who wrote your ODBC drivers;

As far as forms go, forget it.
