Option Buttons not working in Base

I have three option buttons (Confirmed, Enquiry, Cancelled) all linked to a status field (Control > Data > Data field).

When I click on the Confirmed button it works as expected but I can not unclick it and the other two buttons do not work at all.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I'm using Libreoffice 6.1.6.3 on a Mac.

Hi Adam,

the option-field must have
- the same name or
- the same group-name

Have a look at the properies of each field.
