Order of entries in menu - e.g. View > Toolbars

Hi,

Working on improvement in the short cuts in that menu.

I see that the entries in Dutch are sorted alphabetical (except the
lowest one, Formula).
The English version has a fixed order, well in any case _not_ alphabetical.

Anyone an idea what is going on here
