Hi,

we are trying to generate a Pdf in Version 1.3 for business cards using the Libre Office Writer.
Is there an option or the posibillity to generate such an Pdf with the Writer?

The current version exports version 1.4. Not an answer but an additional question: Why does it have to be 1.3? If you open the pdf in Inkscape you can save it again as 1.4 or 1.5 and not 1.3 unfortunately. Ghostscript should be able to convert it to your required version. If you search the net there are multiple examples of conversions.
