please forward all mail from yahoo users / create redmine tickes for requests

Hi *,

I'd like to remind you that due to yahoo employing DMARC, mails from
users that send with a yahoo adress will not be delivered by many
mailproviders, including gmail.

So please if you see a request from someone using a yahoo-address,
please forward to me or file a ticket in redmine for it.

Otherwise I'll only traces of the posting if someone replies or later
complaints that there was no response....
