Cloph already answered on the list about it, he is pushing the migration
with some fixes.

how long will the update last? The site is about two or three days down now.

Sorry for the prolonged downtime. Unfortunately the size of our project did
not only trigger a bug in qemu/KVM, but also broke the django based
conversion.
Right now a direct conversion script is p repared an tested by the
translate house team. Pootle is expected to be back later this week (before
weekend).
I apologize for the long downtime.
