[pootle] templates updated for libo_ui (previously untranslatable strings now translatable)

sorry for this not being done before rc1

templates for libo_ui were updated to allow translation of previously
untranslated stings.

I already triggered the update from templates for all projects.

english word-count: ~ 120, (64 individual strings)
