Pootle: Update to latest template results

Hi all,

There is something strange after updating on 2013-12-30 Pootle
"LibreOffice 4.2 – UI" Russian project to latest template:

Old po catalogs have creation date 2013-12-01 when new have 2013-11-20:
< "POT-Creation-Date: 2013-12-01 17:38+0100\n"

"POT-Creation-Date: 2013-11-20 13:02+0100\n"

Is this ok?

Is this ok?

It is OK - as I don't update pots where all that changed is that timestamp.

I.e. you can read the date as a "last changed" date. As creation date
is meaningless (IMO) and the real info is when did the content change.
