pootle URL and slow loading of pootle site

Good morning Translaters and those website list subscribers.

I have one suggestion and another which is either an issue or the web
server needs a bit of tweaking

1) is it possible to have an easier and not so long winded url to get to
the pootle site like pootle.libreoffice.org for instance.

2) I am also noticing that the site is rather slow to load is there
something up with the webserver or does it need some tweaking?

we have pootle.documentfoundation.org as well. The logic behind our infrastructure naming is to use the TDF name when it can/may concern more than one product or topic (like download, wiki or blog), and use LibreOffice, when only LibreOffice is concerned (like gerrit).

Pootle needs some improvements - the board is currently looking into ways to make that happen, probably by a service provider, as some work in the program's code is needed.
