Portuguese translation

Hi Andras

Is it possible to create Portuguese branch for Lo 3.4 merging the existing
strings in 3.3 and specific strings existent in Pootle? It would also be
nice if You could make extensions localizable for this language? This way,
when moving to new server the files already were there and I could start to
work on them.
