Sophie , could you update me on plans for the next release, please. I'm behind with the translation due to the holidays, issues with Pootle and the number of strings to be translated. Having a clear understanding of the timetable would help.

1. By when do I need to complete the translation on Pootle? I understand that it will be launched 30/01 - 5/02/17.

2. Is there a means to automatically check the access keys, etc? (There was talk of this last year, but I never got it to work properly due some technical reasons)

3. The website is likely to be updated, where will I find the update and what's the date to get that completed?

4. Will there be marketing material available for localisation and how do I get hold of it?

I would say mid january, Cloph is on vacation, I'll ask him more
precisely on Monday

you mean the script written by Niklas checking for accelerators? Didn't
check but it was here

Same here I need to ask Italo for the exact date, I think it will be the
very beginning of February.

do I get hold of it?

Marketing material is available in advance for l10n purpose on the
private marketing list (the why the list is private :). If you are not
subscribed there, please ping me and we will subscribe you, Italo will
send everything there.

Announcement is planned for February 1st, at noon CET.

I will release draft marketing materials by mid January.
