Two options come to my mind:
- paste special > Past as DDE-link
  (no idea how reliable that is and practical for your use)
- use sections, and you can link a section to another one.

Pasting as DDE link is the quick-and-dirty solution and although using sections takes more preparations, it is the better solution, thanks again
