qtz for UI in beta2 Windows ?

Hi,

Downloading the key-ID pack for Help can be done here

http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/4.2.0.0.beta2/win/x86/

But where to go for the (Dutch) UI??

Isn't that available for download since it's part of the international
installation pack (didn't test myself on Windows.., so just asking to
inform others)
