Questions about strings for sidebar customization

Dear Sophie, dear all,

There were a set of strings recently added in 7.2/master, apparently used in
Sidebar customization UI (Tools > Customize... dialog, Keyboard tab, "Sidebar
Decks" category), that have some unusual spelling style. They don't use spaces
in strings, instead concatenate all words together and use camel case, like
"ScFunctionsDeck" [1]. Such style is common for naming variables in code, but
rarely seen in UI.

My questions are:
Why are these strings spelled this way, instead of, say "Calc Functions Deck"?
Are they supposed to be part of UI and be translated?
For language like Chinese, which doesn't use spaces to separate words and
doesn't have the uppercase and lowercase distinction for its characters, is it
OK to just translate it like "SC functions deck"?

There are probably other translators that have the same questions as I do,
evidenced by the comment from user @tjhietala on Weblate page [1].

Regards,
Ming

Looks like this/those strings have been taken accidentally into weblate. Only the "Title" needs to be translated.

What Title are you referring to in the given example?

All decks have a title which is translated like

         <prop oor:name="Title" oor:type="xs:string">
            <value xml:lang="en-US">Properties</value>
          </prop>

The other properties shouldn't be in Weblate.

Hi Heiko, *,

values that should not be made available for translations should use
the pseudo-language identifier x-no-translate
→ <value xml:lang="x-no-translate">ScFunctionsDeck</value>
