I just downloaded RC2 from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/

I install on Ubuntu with dpkg the core application, Danish language and
Danish help.

The Danish help gives me this error:

Vælger tidligere fravalgt pakke libobasis4.2-da-help.

Udpakker libobasis4.2-da-help (fra
libobasis4.2-da-help_4.2.0.2-2_amd64.deb) ...

Can any one else confirm similar with other localizations?

I can confirm. Just DEBs are broken.

Well, even if you would not see that bug - the installed help still does
not open on OSX, it still leads to wiki-help.

This build's help system is stil not usable. If RC3 does not fix it, 4.2
will must be delayed.

I am afraid RPMs are not installable too due to wrong dependencies,
