Remote Files FTP can't change charset.

I have used LibreOffice from 6.3 to 7.1,FTP in Remote Files is a very useful, but it can't change charset, so the names of non-English files can't be shown correctly. I have post this bug to Bugzilla(bug 134520), but it is still not confirmed yet. I don‘t know how to make a program , but I know FileZilla can change charset and show the correct names，Maybe it is useful.
