Removing Nabble references from LibreOffice websites

Hi everyone,

Thanks as always for your help in maintaining the native-language versions of the LibreOffice website! We're no longer using Nabble as an interface for mailing lists, but we still have some links and references to it on our websites.

I've removed all references to it from the English and German websites, and if other maintainers of sites in other languages can do the same, that would be a big help! A quick way to see where Nabble references are is by searching for:

  site:libreoffice.org nabble

on Google or DuckDuckGo (although the latter seems to have some results that have already been changed).

I have just made 22 edits to TDF wiki, replacing Nabble links with working ones where I could. I didn't touch obsolete articles.
