Requesting to add Website and Extensions projects to Belarusian language

Hello!

On Pootle, there is only LO 3.5 & 3.6 UI projects in
Belarusian language. I'd like to translate the Website and
Extensions for LibreOffice projects additionally.

There isn't much point in translating the extensions site right now,
it isn't working.

I've initialized the Website project for you. Working on extensions would be useless at the moment, as they are VERY outdated. I have adjusted the project name to make this clearer. :slight_smile:
